Roger Isaacs

Roger Isaacs, 75, of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab Center. Born Saturday, February 22, 1947 to the late Frank & Marie Gabbard Issacs in Jackson County. Roger served in the United States Navy and was a retired detective for the Kentucky State Police. He was a member of Hyattsville Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by, brothers, Billy Ray Isaacs, Jobie Isaacs, Ralph Isaacs, sisters, Nell Wall, Jean McCollum & Ila Mae Daniels.

He is survived a son, Chad (Bobbie Jo) Isaacs, of Lancaster, granddaughter, Kayla Quisenberry, of Lancaster, great-grandchild, Kaiden Quisenberry, of Lancaster and a sister, Sitha Isaacs.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 02, 2022 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Browning officiating and burial following at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time Tuesday, August 02, 2022 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home.
