Terri Ashcraft, 62, of Lancaster, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at her home. Born to Douglas Alan (Gayle) Simpson & Opal Sebastian on January 25, 1962, in Lancaster. Terri was a factory worker for many years and was of the Christian faith.
Aside from her parents, survivors include her husband, Kim Ashcraft, of Lancaster; brothers, David Lane, of Lexington, Steve Lane, of Lancaster, Barry (Julie) Simpson, of Frankfort, and Gary (Karen) Simpson, of Lexington; a sister, Ginger Simpson (Kevin Fenton-Wells), of Campbellsville; a brother-in-law, Tony (Tammy) Ashcraft; special pets George & Barney Ashcraft; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, August 23, 2024, at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Rev. Jonathan Grizzell officiating and burial following at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers include Lucas Simpson, Hunter Simpson, Gavin Shirley, Jagger Shirley, Kingston Shirley, and Keegan Lane. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family has asks that all donations be made to the Garrard County Humane Society in bags of dog/cat food or money donations be made to Heritage Hospice.
